NiraNira

Privacy Policy

Effective 4 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Nira Proptech (“Nira”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal data in connection with Nira, our AI-assisted lead-calling, qualification, and follow-up service (the “Service”). It is written to align with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”).

1. Who we are

Nira Proptech provides the Service to businesses (our “Customers”). For data about a Customer’s own leads and contacts, the Customer is the Data Fiduciary and we act as a Data Processor on their behalf. For data you give us directly — for example when you book a demo on this website — we are the Data Fiduciary.

2. Data we collect

  • Demo & enquiry details — your name, phone number, email, company, and anything you tell us when you contact us or request a demo.
  • Lead data (on behalf of Customers) — contact details and enquiry information our Customers provide so Nira can call, qualify, and follow up with their leads.
  • Call content — call recordings and transcripts, call outcomes, and related metadata (time, duration, language).
  • Usage & technical data — basic device, browser, and interaction data when you visit this website.

3. How we use data

  • To provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • To place and follow up on calls and messages, qualify leads, and schedule visits.
  • To generate reports and analytics for our Customers.
  • To respond to your demo requests and enquiries.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4. Legal basis & consent

Where we are the Data Fiduciary, we process personal data on the basis of your consent or for a legitimate, specified purpose permitted by the DPDP Act. Where we process lead data on behalf of a Customer, that Customer is responsible for obtaining the consents and lawful basis required to contact their leads. You may withdraw consent at any time (see “Your rights” below); withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out.

5. Sharing & sub-processors

We share personal data only as needed to run the Service: with telephony, messaging, AI model, hosting, and database providers acting as our sub-processors under appropriate safeguards; with the Customer on whose behalf we process lead data; and where required by law. We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law or our Customer agreements. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for the period needed to deliver and audit the Service, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

7. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect personal data, including access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and to notify affected parties and authorities of a reportable personal-data breach as required by the DPDP Act.

8. Your rights

Subject to the DPDP Act, you have the right to access a summary of your personal data and how it is processed, to request correction or completion, to request erasure, to withdraw consent, to nominate another person to exercise your rights, and to a grievance-redressal process. Where we process data on a Customer’s behalf, we will direct your request to that Customer or assist them in responding.

To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, email business@niraproptech.in. We will respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

9. Children

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly process the personal data of children except as permitted by law and with the consent required under the DPDP Act.

10. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date above.

11. Contact

For any privacy question or request, contact our grievance point of contact at business@niraproptech.in.
